When I started the Outlook client, it said 'either there is no default mail client or the current mail client cannot fulfill the messaging request.' I hit OK and the email came up just fine. The laptop restarted and the s/w worked fine for a day. Then, when Windows did a recent update, Office 2007 also updated: Office Compatibility Pack SP3 and security updates for all other software. I loaded the Enterprise 2007 software, which is a licensed copy on disk, on my previous HP laptop and it worked fine. You are offering a great service for someone like me. I just need numbers that work and can quickly be added so I can continue to search what I don't remember having. I am running Vista and it supposedly is for problems like this but where. I thoughy Microsoft had a way to retrieve everything. No one understands how hard and difficult it is to find all the things you had over 10 years and now it is all gone. Do I need to put in a login name or anything else? Is there anything else I need to do? Maybe more recent information if I put a serial in yesterday now today it say it is no good. Throws away boxes because they are taking up important space so I don't even have that.

I will never find all the serials and passwords I had listed on a documents. My computer crashed and with my help I stripped all my software off of my computer. I have a Toshiba and I tried many of these serial for my 2007 windows Outlook 2007.
